Attending this international conference is like a baptism of fire for me as a Human Resource Practitioner. Thank God for allowing me to learn from world-class HR leaders and prime movers. More than the company's well-established HR policies and procedures, the heart of the practitioner is of utmost importance. Lastly, one statement that struck me is this: MALASAKIT is the DNA of every Filipino worker.
