2018 Highlights

1. Sim's early retirement from corporate work and establishment of Langbayan Accounting and Management Services (LAMS)

2. Year of Travel with family (Pagudpod, Sagada, Tagaytay, Clark, General Santos, Batanes, Hongkong, Singapore)

3. Year of Promotion (AVP position)

4. Presentation of my Dissertation in an International Research Conference

5. Celebration of my 40th birthday (a surprise and intimate celebration with family and close friends at Kubo Grande)

6. Became foster parents (PMA Cadets - 4CL and Class Baron)

7. Dedication of my brother and sister's houses (Boston Heights)

8. Workshop Speaker (with Sim) at MBDC National Convention and at PU College of Business

9. Enrolled together with Sim in Homiletics Class (Dr. Dan - SCCBC)

10. Meaningful company outing at Lafaayette Luxury Suites (La Union)

11.Sim's enrollment in MBA at PU(with Shem as one of his teachers =)

12. Sim and Shem's 12th Wedding Anniversary Celebration in Hongkong

13. Attended Philippine HR Congress at SMX, Manila

14. A very challenging season in the workplace especially on relationships (but thank God for the protection, vindication, and for the victory)

15. Organized the very first Christmas Fellowship (Cupasan Family)
