BCC'S MOST-AWAITED CHURCH BUILDING DEDICATION

The art of waiting patiently for something to come is quite a challenge. And we know that God really rewards those who display unremitting patience every step of the way. A handful of Christians prayed earnestly and it took them seventeen years to wrestle in prayer before God gave an answer. And this year, everyone in the Memorial of Bible Deliverance Church (MBDC) community is rejoicing all together for the new church building of Baguio Christian Center (BCC). God is just so awesome in all His ways. We can never second-guess God but we know for sure that he has the very best program for His people. On the other hand, let every Christian be reminded that the real church is the genuine gathering of believers in Jesus.

BCC SOARS HIGH IN KAPANGAN, BENGUET CONCERT

The day was graciously perfect. The three-hour trip from Baguio to Kapangan was an adventure to cherish. We didn’t mind at all the distance and petty glitches on the road. The place was just so adorable. The breathtaking view that was unfolded in our midst left an indelible mark in our memory. The concert was a veritable gathering of people who truly love the Lord. Everyone was praising God and singing at the top of their voices. The staging of the concert was undoubtedly a huge success. To God be all glory! The locals continually clamor for part two. Well, God knows when the perfect time would be. Just a mere thought of the part two makes me smile!

 

A MOTHER FOR ALL SEASONS

Her slim frame was the very first figure we saw

Her eyes twinkled like the stars when we smiled 

She never failed to offer her undivided attention 

She’s really a mother who has a heart full of love

When we were young, she introduced God to us

Mother always encouraged us to pray everyday 

She was our first dedicated and patient teacher

She always made it a point that we are well-fed 

She taught us the value of sticking to the family 

She modeled how sacrificial love is given freely 

We’re a living testament of her wonderful deeds 

It’s a real honor to be one of her precious ones

 For as long as the debit equals the credit 

 Every accounting genius is given merit 

 Many people don’t realize its importance 

 Yes, accounting is truly an art and science 

 It helps people organize their finances 

 To really prosper and not take chances 

The universal principles are there to stay 

 To ensure everyone’s doing it the right way 

 Indeed accounting has made a difference

Off to the City of Hundred Islands

“A friendship is meant to last a lifetime”. Friends may not see each other too often but the heart absolutely knows that the friendship is intact. God’s perfect time came during Marie’s wedding in Alaminos City. It’s a sweet gathering of three spiritual generations. Marie is my bible study contact way back in college and Ate Alma is  my spiritual mother. It’s also the best time for Sim and Ralph to meet each other – a meeting between two gentlemen. We prayed for these “unidentified” gentlemen for a couple of times during our bible studies. Praying for a lifetime partner has always been a trend in college bible studies =). The travel from Baguio to Alaminos is quite lengthy but it’s all worth it. God is indeed the author of friendship!
